Frequently asked Questions

When will I receive my first issue?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order, usually within the next few minutes. Generally you should receive the first issue in your new subscription within 4 and 8 weeks; this depends on processing time, magazine frequency and retail release dates. LetsSubscribe send subscription orders to the magazine publishers on a regular basis. Once received, the publishing company will then processes your order, take payment for your subscription, and fulfill the dispatch of each issue. It can take up to 21 days for your order to appear on their system - your order may not be available for subscriber services to amend during this time. You should receive all issues on, or previous to, their retail release dates.  A welcome letter from the publishers confirming your order may arrive separate to, or along with, your first issue which will provide details of your subscription.

If you have not received your first magazine after 8 weeks please contact LetsSubscribe customer services on info@letssubscribe.com – please quote your order number, full name and billing/delivery address to help us locate your order on our system. If you have received a welcome letter with details of your subscription(s) please contact subscriber services directly using the information provided.

How frequently will I receive updates of new offers and products by email?

We won’t bombard you with useless junk emails. Only on occasion we will contact you with information regarding offers that we believe may be of interest.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel an order you must let us know on the same day that you place your order. We cannot guarantee to cancel after this time as orders are transmitted to the publishers on a regular basis. Once your order has been processed, your subscription is thereafter handled by the publishers’ own subscriber services team. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to a live subscription on behalf of a customer. You can find contact details for subscriber services within an issue of the magazine itself, on your cover letters or welcome letter, and on their official website.

Can I send a magazine subscription as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! All you have to do is specify that you wish to send your subscription to an alternative delivery address during the checkout process. If you select the ‘this is a gift’ tick box you will be given the option to complete a gift card at the end of the purchase process which we will deliver to the recipient via Royal Mail.

How do I change my address?

To change your address you will need to contact the publisher directly. Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to a live subscription on behalf of a customer. You can find contact details for subscriber services within an issue of the magazine itself, on your cover letters or welcome letter, and on their official website.

Can I send my magazine subscription abroad?

European and Worldwide delivery are available on certain titles, as designated by the publishers. You can find out whether a magazine offers European or Worldwide delivery by clicking ‘SHOW INTERNATIONAL PRICING’ on the product page. Be sure to select the correct delivery region when purchasing your subscription or we may be unable to process your order.

When will my Direct Debit be taken for my subscription?

If you have chosen to pay by Direct Debit you will receive confirmation of your payment dates in writing directly from the publishers before any payments are debited. LetsSubscribe will forward your order details to the publisher of your chosen magazine(s) who will debit payment and dispatch all issues in your subscription.
